한국 노보텔 대비 극명한 차이를 보여줌 35주년 역사 깊은 호텔이지만 전반적으로 아시아인에 대한 친절이나 서비스 부족 투숙 기간 중 마주한 직원들 중 단 2 명을 제외하고는 매우 불쾌한 수준 태도는 둘째고 식당 서빙시 술잔을 던지다시피 서빙하고 버젓이 술을 마시는 다른 손님이 있는데 이미영업이 마감 되었다고 불쾌하게 안내를 한다던가 체크아웃한 다른 반 청소를 하는데 필요한 도구함을 굳이 이용중인 방 양 쪽 입구를 막고 얘기를 하고 사진을 찍는데도 무반응 정말 최악의 경험 룸을 4개나 잡고 일행에게 좋은 호텔 체인이라 소개했는데 매우 부끄러웠음 그외 음식 청결 주차 등 만족 스러움
