We did not feel comfortable here. The hotel was dirty all over, there were holes in the walls, the skirting boards were falling off, and there was hair all over our room. We couldnt wait to get out of there. The three members of staff we interacted with were all really friendly and went out of their way to help us.

Such a shame……..

We have stayed here before, and all was good, however it is not now. Our room was tired, had marks all on the walls, unsure what they were! The bathroom needed a good scrub and the flooring in the hallway and bedroom needed repairing as it was rising up. Couldn’t have a Gin & Tonic, can only do certain drinks??? Breakfast was not good: Yoghurt. was in a large bowl and not covered, fruit salad also. Neither were the meats and cheeses. No napkin to hold the bread to cut it so everyone was touching it whilst doing so. The aircon was not working for the 2 days we were there. It was 38 degree heat and we were not even offered a fan, the rooms are not big! We did get free parking though as a gesture of goodwill!! 🙈 Such a shame but it has really gone down hill and I will be looking to stay elsewhere in the future.

Very tired hotel, in our room the TV was hanging off the wall, patches in the doors, ceiling and walls. Torn curtains and paint flaking everywhere. In all honesty it should be closed down and fully renovated, it’s disgraceful. On the other hand the staff were fantastic and the location is great for the town centre.

If you accept this hotel at it's rating it is very good. It doesn't pretend to be anything but an Ibis in the centre of a small town. It does need a bit of an upgrade but we found it clean and warm. The staff were great and friendly. The room was large enough and comfortable. Good shower with the standard Ibis squeezy toiletries. Breakfast was fine and readily replenished - not a wide choice but enough to start the day. Car parking is easy underneath down a side street. If theneed arose would not hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is well located for central Agen. It is clean but in need of a fair bit of tidying up, the paintwork was not very good in either the bedroom or bathroom, it was generally tired and sad, the towels old and rough. The room we had was small, no room for two to move around comfortably, There is wifi included but no coffee making facilities. We did not have breakfast included so went out. It is convenient if you need to be Agen based but needs some work.
