Currently staying here, the second week of a two-week work trip to Massy, and well more than disappointed. We walked into our room, damn it is small, and it is about 85-90 degrees and 0 air movement. Go down to the front desk and they state that they cannot turn the air on because the French Government says. Which is funny because we were only here because the Hilton 2 blocks away could not accommodate me for my second week. Needless to say, the Hilton had their air on. As well, we went to Mont St. Michel and stayed at a Mercure there and yep you guessed it. The air was on. This being approximately my 12+ visit to Paris and France, I am accustomed to the older hotels in Paris not having air or it being very "iffy", but for a brand-new Mercure, to throw this line, when their competitor around the corner has no issue running the air. Before anyone suggests it, yes, we can open a window, but unlike being in Paris where you have some traffic and the occasional "wee waa" from the police cars, Massy is next to the train station and a busy road outside the window. So, it's no sleep from trains and traffic or no sleep and sweat. I will not ever being staying here again and will be letting my whole North American team know to not stay here as well. If I had not had to pre-pay, it because I was traveling on expenses I would have left and just rode the train in from the Airport for an hour and half each way.

Disappointing…. In the extreme

Very basic “premium” hotel for the money paid. Chipped furniture and the corridor carpets are very worn and smelly. I have stayed in nearby Hilton which is easily 5 times better and not much more expensive. It’s not convenient for train station or restaurants etc compared to Hilton either. VERY DISAPPOINTED…… I have started travel to Massy for business regularly and will definitely try everywhere else first before staying here again.

I used this hotel a few times for business trips and overall tge experience wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. The first trip I was double charged so had to initiate a credit card charge back as it too 1400€ out my account. The second stay was much better, in a Premier room which was far more comfortable. The final stay was not bad but my key card didn't work after the first day so that was irritating. The breakfast was good and the testaurant served lovely food and drinks in the evening, its just a shame the service is slow.

Literally horrible experience, staff at breakfast behaves very rude, they don't explain when asked about ingredients of food. Housekeeping staff took out money from sing bag, even after saying don't enter our room, we are okay with it not being cleaned. Horrible experience, never never opt for this property.

...the breakfast after a holiday. I've spent here 4 nights in total, 2 nights during 2 consecutive weeks. The first night was after a holiday in France. This meant that you could only get breakfast in the room pre-ordered. That had consequences that the croissants and egg were not warm anymore. The parking is very good with a wide entrance and enough spaces available. The upgraded room: Privilege, that I got because I'm an ALL member, was a bit disappointing in amount of m2. For an upgraded room you'd expect a bit more. I guess though that these are the best rooms in this hotel. Bed is good, TV working fine and bathroom functional, just not a lot of space on the toilet. Breakfast in the restaurant is very very good. Plenty of choice with kind staff. I still don't get why we need to use the long clothespin for the food :)
