Highly unfriendly staff. They will only talk if you are talking about money which gets add up to their income, anything else, is like talking to a wall. Unless you are from a cold region, you will suffer in Novotel messy, they don't have heating system in their room. It's in a area where you will get nothing.no medical supplies if you fall sick cause of cold or needs some hygiene products. Make sure, you have a personal vehicle or willing to spend good on taxi as it's really away from metro n bus station to walk in cold. Basically avoid this place if possible.There are better options in sane price range

In order to better understand your experience, we would appreciate it if you could kindly provide us with more details regarding the situation you encountered. Regarding the heating, we would like to clarify that all our rooms are equipped with an individually adjustable heating system, allowing guests to set the temperature according to their personal comfort. In the event of a technical issue, our team is always available to intervene promptly, provided the matter is brought to our attention during your stay. Concerning medications, we are legally not permitted to provide them to our guests. However, a pharmacy is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. In addition, a Carrefour supermarket is only a 4-minute walk away for any hygiene products or daily necessities. We understand that transportation may feel inconvenient without a personal vehicle. That said, the hotel’s location and distances to public transportation are clearly stated on all our booking platforms. Several bus lines serve the area, and the RER train station is located approximately 800 meters from the hotel. We truly value guest feedback as it helps us continuously improve our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with an experience more in line with your expectations. Disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for a one night stay with our 3 children before flying home. We booked specifically for the pool and it appeared to be close to a park and some restaurants. When we arrived we realized the area is run down, the park is small with no playground and there are almost no restaurants in close proximity.we were forced to war both meals at the overpriced restaurant (I will say the food was decent and the service was very good). The most disappointing was that the pol ended up being closed (it's august) and there were no apologies made for the inconvenience. I would not recommend. I wish we'd stayed in the city center near the train station. Disappointing finish to our trip.

Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.

The hotel is in a terrible location - building sites and run-down tenements. I was given a room right next door to the elevator resulting in all night long noise. I was staying for 2 nights. On check in I was informed that due to IT problems I had to pay for my first night right then. Paid for the second night on check out but never received my reward points. This was particularly galling as I am registered for their "stay 3 x 2 nights" promotion to receive bonus award points. As members of the Accor reward program will know, their lack of customer service is legendary. It's not even possible to complete the " record missing points" web page as it asks for a mandatory field to be filled in that will not accept input - I tried 3 different browsers. I will be sticking with IHG in future.
