Perfect location close to TGV station. But the best point is for the staff who is excellent, always smiling and ready to support customer requests so I recommend this hotel. Breakfast is Mercure standards so very good.

A localização do hotel é boa, o serviço de pequeno almoço (qualidade e variedade dos produtos, sumo de laranja natural) - é excelente, simpatia dos funcionários, boa rede de wifi, são os principais pontos fortes do hotel. Como pontos fracos: o quarto, quarto de banho, estão velhos com mau aspeto, diria até desprestigiante para um Hotel da rede Mercure.

Located a very short walk from Massy TGV station and just 40 mins direct train from Charles de Galle airport. Really lovely and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a great idea for working space. Fabulous bottle of Haut Medoc to help down a good dinner. Recommended.

I don't like to give a bad review, but it's justified, even though I think the staff I spoke to were doing their best. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel (at Euro200 per night!), but there were no toiletries in the bathroom, except a small bar of soap. The bath was not non-slip and no non-slip bathmat was available. This is very dangerous for elderly people; a friend was killed by a fall in the bath. The staff didn't know the English term. The second day, there was no soap in the room. The third day, there was no bath mat. The breakfast buffet was lavish, but the bacon and sausages were over-cooked, almost cremated. I wondered why the restaurant seemed unpopular for dinner, until I saw the menu, which I considered very unattractive, considering the number of other restaurants in the area.The hotel was clean and quiet, but that is about all I can say in mitigation.

I stay here reasonably frequently as it is very convenient for the Massy TGV station and it is a decent hotel. On this occasion I arrived late (almost midnight), went to my allocated room and although there was no one in there at the time it was obvious the room was occupied, TV on, used coffee cup, bed obviously been sat on to watch TV. Found the card holder for the door key on the side, another guest was given that room for the same night. Thankfully they weren't in when I arrived. Got a different room but could have been a bit of a shock for everyone

Smallest room for biggest price

The value for room size has to be rated as negative. The room was so small when I put my computer brief case on the floor I had to crawl on the bed to be around it. There was no desk - in fact there was no room for a desk. I was in the Privilege room with Executive Rate. If possible, I would never stay at this hotel. The full-size mirror was broken and cracked, The buffet was fine but simple. No cook to order but the quality was good. Staff was friendly and they even said the rooms were small.

Having already stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 years ago, I was looking forward to returning, last week, for one night, on business. Its proximity to train stations, both TGV and Paris networks, gives it an ideal situation. However, my room was very very hot; the air conditioning system only churned out warm air, and the window would not open! In the hotel restaurant, I was expecting a calm, sophisticated ambience, so i was dismayed to find a Disc Jockey in attendance... He didn't chatter (fortunately!) but he sent out loud, teenagerish music which took all sophisitication out of this restaurant. The meal was fine, but I ate quickly to get away from the nightclub atmosphere as soon as possible. -I don't think I will be returning to this hotel.

where is the gym and shampoo

This hotel needs a work out facility/gym. They also need to provide shampoo/conditioner. If I would have known this, I would not have stayed here. They also need a TV station with english speaking people/news. The staff was friendly.

Despite being a non-smoker I was booked into a room that stank of stale tobacco. Toilet seat was broken and cistern leaking. Decoration was looking tired. Restaurant charge was added to the invoice I was e-mailed despite not having used the restaurant: when I complained, I was advised that this was “just a visual” (whatever that means) and I was subsequently not charged for it. Overall rather disappointing.

just a couple of minutes walk away so easy to find at the end of the day. (turn left out the RER station, pas the TGV office and it's about 300m on your right! ;0) Breakfast good as usual and friendly and prompt check out with and initial and final bill being emailed to me early morning on my check out day.

Os quartos são bons só a comida do restaurante é que é péssima, o pequeno almoço é péssimo, até os ovos mexidos são feitos de pó em vez de ovos reais. Sei que todos os meus colegas sempre vão jantar a restaurantes fora do hotel devido à má qualidade da vossa comida.

This hotel left me stranded for the night because of an error with my credit card. I slept rough as it was very late when I arrived and there was no free room in the whole of Paris. Around 6pm, the hotel tried to charge my credit card but that did not work. I was on a plane at that time and I was not aware that there was an issue with my credit card. There should not have been - I use it regularly and there is plenty of money on it. I paid with it twice in Accor Hotels the week before. Was that really my fault? They did not call me on the phone to clarify. I was travellng (as most people do before staying in a hotel), but I would have listed to a voicemail message if you had left one. Instead, the receptionist said they had sent an email hoping that I had Wifi on the plane... My plane landed at 2205 and my phone was on – I could have called them straight away. I also called them on the phone on Sun and Mon to tell you that I was coming. They left me stranded with no accommodation that night. There was no single room left in the whole of Paris and I was told that at 2am!!! I am extremely dissatisfied – as your regular customer, I would have expected a bit more from a hotel when a night costs over 250 Euros. I spend a fortune on your hotels and you did not even pick up the phone to confirm whether there is an issue with my card? I have no words to describe this level of service…

Ideally located for a late arrival or departure at Massy Gare, just a few minutes up the road. Staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant/bar are nice and the rooms are comfortable. However, even with the air con turned down the room was very hot

Just minutes walk from Massy station so very convenient for an early/late journey for TGV trains or to get to Orly airport. Bed a bit hard but overall a good place to stay. Bar/restaurant very pleasant

The stay was mostly over a weekend, as I was traveling between contries. My room was however small, relative to an usually big bathroom. The lack of a cupboard for hanging space not appreciated, as I was on a business trip. The friendly staff was however a big plus.

The hotel weas comfortable. The reservation was accurate so an improvement on previous stay. Breakfast and room are expensive. OK location can mean a high proce, but €18 for breakfast!! It was not that great.

Our rooms were exceedingly hot, and the air conditioning wasn't working. When we complained at the reception, we were told that the air conditioning is always switched off during the "cold season", and it is completely and utterly impossible to switch it back on. On top of this, the windows in our rooms couldn't be opened, so it was uncomfortably hot at night, and impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, but their English was rather limited, so communication was difficult. The food was mediocre at best. Overall this was very bad value for money, even by Paris standards.
