Excellent service, friendly staff. I had a lovely room with a great view on the 7th floor. Great location if you’re in Abidjan for business with meetings/activities in the Plateau. I speak little to no French and the staff were generally very accommodating.

Not My Lucky Stay!

I have stayed at Pullman several times before and always appreciated its strategic location in Plateau, easy parking, and efficient setup for business trips. However, during my recent 48-hour stay, I experienced a series of issues — power outages, internet failure, a broken coffee machine, a non-functional TV, and no hot water. Both the restaurant and room service were disappointing. When so many problems occur in such a short stay, it clearly reflects serious management, maintenance, and quality control issues. The only positive note is the staff.. they remained polite, attentive, and genuinely apologetic despite the circumstances.

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel in Benin was truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect from a top-tier hotel. A special thank-you to Dolores for her wonderful hospitality and outstanding service. Her warmth, and genuine care made my stay all the more memorable.
