My room has a deffective door which made it too noisy. Breakfast as usual was inconsistant : eveyday someting was missing and the danish were cold which made them impossible to eat. Staff was friendly and professional as usual!

Beautifull refurbished hotel

The hotel has been clearly rebranded with success. Very nice and welcoming reception, nice bar along the pool or facing the Laguna. You will like it for sure. Out of the facilities and the room, there is clearly room for improvement concerning services. Most of things are missing on the room service menu and you will most probably get the choice between fish and chicken with attieke and alloco. Main concerns are around Covid 19 measures, were employees and also most of customers do not wear the facial mask. Not sure we can do anything concerning customers, but for employees it's another story. Service was very long at breakfast to get my hot drink, most of the time waiters are here but looks like they don't really care that you are already sat and starting you breakfast without coffee or tea. Some employees are clearly doing better but to be honest very few. A great hotel, but still few things that need to be improved.

The room wasn't the ocean view that i reserved. Also, i called front desk numerous times for towels or assistance and nobody showed up to my room. I had to go downstairs and request additional services.

Very dirty and damaged floor. Hotel needs renovation especially 12th floor Diamond members not treated to the level of status. Fraudulent charge on room . Lack of proper control and management authority.

As usual (sixth time in a row), I had no issue at Pullman hotel. Very good room and very good service. Michel and his team are great. The room service menu could be improved : price, choice and quality

It was not clear when I choose the reservation during the booking I was not alone for the business but with my partner and wife As I am Gold , I will hope that you could give me the chance to have a different room as I take sometimes when I stay for business Sorry, but it was not good

First of all i booked a junior suite with lounge access - But there is no Lounge, so i pay more than i suppose too. Second things is that the person who check in make a mistake and make me pay instead just take a warranty amount ! And when i check out my bills was inferior of what i paid. But they can't be able to reimbourse me on my card !

Good hotel but was given a room next to a building site with all the dust and noise. Will not use this hotel again in Abidjan really dissapointed. Price is sky high for the quality given to its customers

It’s average! I didn’t feel special like Pullman teranga, the corridor stink, the service is so so. The room is ok but all the rest are so so! What I like was the viennoiseries, juices, cookies at the lobby. This is very good idea.

We all know travelling for business is not always a happy experience. After a long travel, different airports and some delay I arrived in the Pullman of Abidjan... Got the room key.. and technical problem... grrrrr need to change room.... pfff I am tired an d hungry..it is late... In these type of situation it can go in all directions. But I was happily surprised of the professional and friendly attention of this hotel. You know it can go wrong but if things get sorted then on a professional way then it is quickly forgotten. All personal was very nice and helpfull. Special attention to the people of the reception and the cleaning... Marie Ange and Marie I think it was. All well that ends well. Thanks
