However, we are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team is available around the clock to resolve any concern on the spot, and we would have been glad to make things right during your stay. Nonetheless, we are glad you found our location convenient, with the metro and bus stops just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre. A 10 minuti dal bellissimo centro cittadino, si trova davanti ad un bellissimo parco. L’unica pecca della stanza è che non è possibile aprire le finestre.. c’è l’aria condizionata che funziona molto bene, ma l’aria del mattino è fantastica!!

Pienamente soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Hotel ben curato e vicino alla stazione della metropolitana per raggiungere il centro di ROTTERDAM. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera tripla superior al dodicesimo piano molto spaziosa, ben arredata e ben insonorizzata. Vista super anche se sulla strada e sul verde sottostante, ma il piano alto, aiuta sempre. Colazione ben assortita anche se avrei aggiunto qualcosa di dolce, ma all' estero siamo solo noi Italiani che facciamo la colazione dolce. Per chi ha figli come me, interessante l'angolo Kids per la colazione. Il mio si è preparato da solo i pancake con apposita macchinetta. Per chi arriva con l'auto, l'hotel dispone di un parcheggio privato con sbarra (aperto e non sotterraneo), al costo di € 27 al giorno. Presente anche un ristorante alla carta che noi però non abbiamo "utilizzato".

Abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza in questo hotel. Abbiamo trovato personale molto gentile, un apprezzamento particolare a Dina!), tutto molto comodo, ordinato e pulito. La camera spaziosa e comoda, con dei letti favolosi, abbiamo dormito davvero molto bene. Lo consigliamo!

Molto positiva, lo standard è una certezza, letto comodo stanza grande, struttura bella e colazione superlativa. Sarebbe carino avere una navetta che porti alla stazione , e gli ascensori sono pochi per il numero di stanze.

Hotel di buon livello per camere e servizi. Posizione non centrale ma centro città abbastanza raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici.

Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la qualità delle nostre camere, i servizi offerti e la nostra posizione strategica, che pur non essendo nel cuore della città, permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro grazie ai mezzi pubblici, con una breve passeggiata fino alla stazione della metropolitana Kralingse Zoom e un rapido collegamento di soli 10 minuti per arrivare in centro. Inoltre, ci fa piacere che abbia trovato un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, che è sempre uno degli aspetti che ci impegniamo a mantenere per garantire un'esperienza ottimale ai nostri ospiti.
