Apesar de oferecer ar condicionado na hora D. reserva o ar condicionado não foi ligado mesmo tendo sido solicitado pois o quarto estava quente e atrapalhou a noite de sono;

I am very sorry to read that the temperature in your room affected your sleep and that the air conditioning did not work as expected during your stay. We fully understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially when this was something you had specifically asked about and expected from your reservation. Please allow me to clarify that our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. However, in your case it clearly did not provide the comfort it should have, and for this I sincerely apologize.
