Sono rimasta molto delusa da questo Mercure. Camere davvero datate con bagno vecchio e water sinceramente da cambiare! il materasso era molto scomodo probabilmente proprio perchè le camere sono datate e non viene sostituito nulla da tempo. Un unica tenda oscurante e nessuna doppia tenda più leggera ... essendo al primo piano, la scelta era di stare con luce naturale ma alla vista di tutti oppure di chiudere la tenda e stare con la luce della camera oltretutto anche quella molto scarsa... NOn c'era un frigo di appoggio in camera. Non ci sono servizi.... ne sala sport, ne un minimo di extra che io stupidamente in un 4 stelle pensavo dovessero esserci. La posizione buona, la colazione molto normale. Personale gentile. Per una vacanza in famiglia non raccomando questa struttura. E' sicuramente più adatta per un viaggio di lavoro.

Avrei voluto andarmene ma causa festival non avrei facilmente trovato una altra sistemazione . Tutto questo per 273 euro notte B colazione inclusa più 18 per garage. Personale molto cortese ma non potevano fare nulla. Ottimo buffet colazione. Sono del parere che solo gli alberghi in Francia sono da considerare affidabili. Al di fuori della Francia non prenoterò mai più con ACCOR. Aggiungo che nel bagno non c’era abbastanza posto per le gambe attorno al WC, vasca e non doccia, nonostante le dimensioni del bagno. Alloggio vergognoso, specie per un cliente di 86 anni. Questa struttura andrebbe chiusa.

Durante la permanenza c'erano dei lavori in corso alcuni che ponevano in serio pericolo le persone in quanto spostavano oggetti pesanti, usavano scale ecc... queste cose bisogna farle in orari in cui le persone non si trovano alla reception (mattina presto/sera tardi) invece era un continuo

Ottimo compromesso distanza dal centro e servizio in generale. Apprezzato il parcheggio coperto anche se l'ho trovato abbastanza costoso. Mi sarebbe piaciuto provare la colazione ma anche il questo caso il costo di 26 Euro l'ho trovato alto per il tipo di colazione non eccessiva cui siamo abituati. Stanza molto comoda.
