We are pleased that the prime location of our hotel met your expectations and added to the enjoyment of your visit to Ghent. Our location directly opposite Saint Bavo's Cathedral indeed makes it convenient for our guests to explore the city's historical sites. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of the hotel did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and we are continuously working on enhancing our facilities to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We also acknowledge the importance of parking in the city center and recommend guests reserve a parking spot in advance to ensure availability. Our parking garage is indeed more suitable for compact cars, and we understand how this can be an inconvenience. We always encourage guests to reserve a spot in advance, and we are glad you found the larger car park nearby convenient.
