Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback, Your recent experience at our hotel, marked by disturbance from other guests, is a matter of concern for us, and we extend our sincere apologies. Our aim is to create a restful environment for all our guests, and it is disappointing to hear that we fell short of this during your stay. We understand that the noise had a significant impact on the quality of your rest and overall experience. While we do offer soundproofing measures and earplugs as a countermeasure for external noise, we regret that these steps were not sufficient in your case.
