Popped in for a light lunch. Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating in the lounge, bar area. Lovely tuna steak salad, well presented and perfectly cooked tuna. Friendly staff in the lounge, bar area. Will definitely visit again. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here , it’s a well staffed, friendly, clean & tidy place. The swimming pool facilities were an added bonus. The restaurant staff were very good , Rekha and Juanita were especially helpful with regard to having gluten free breakfast as I’m a Coeliac. It’s in a handy position for walking along the riverside into the city and not too far from the train station. We were there for 4 nights and would go there again.

Such a nice experience!

We stayed at the Novotel in York for one night the past weekend, in a suite, and it was a really nice experience. The room was spacious, modern, and super clean. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had all the essentials and very spacious. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from the city center, so it was easy to explore York. The staff were friendly and kind. We didn’t have much time to enjoy all the facilities, but the little things like free coffee, tea and some welcoming sweets in the room were a nice touch. The breakfast was really good, the selection and variety of options was good. I’d definitely recommend Novotel.

I went to York for a special occasion and it has exceeded my expectations. Hotel in a great location with an extraordinary customer service, I noticed a very good vibe in the employees. My room was spotless with no lack of details and with a note and chocolates for my birthday. Nice touch! I loved the breakfast as it had a lot of variety and quality. Also worth mentioning the Parking is very cheap as the average in York is at an exorbitant rate. Gracias Novotel team for making my stay so enjoyable . We will definitely come back!

The most wonderful stay, the hotel itself is stunning and very clean, the staff were amazing from the minute we got to the hotel, very helpful and attentive. I went with my friends last weekend and it exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect and great quality room with amazing views. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast team welcomed us great, the food was delicious, We will back for sure, thank you all for the unforgettable experience was the first time there and was memorable.
