Rumoroso, camera venduta come luxury con vista che non è luxury e la vista è trascurabile. Upgrade non disponibile. Spa non disponibile. Hotel vecchio. Posizione ok. Rumorosissimo, la luce ti sveglia la mattina le finestre non sono oscurate adeguatamente. I letti non hanno la testiera e i cuscini sono scomodissimi mi hanno distrutto collo e schiena. Il personale del valet è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il personale al front desk check-in ha fatto un servizio pessimo.

Letto comodo, ampia la stanza. Un po' stanco e forse qualcosa da rivedere nell'housekeeping. Mi hanno lasciato la tazza del caffè del giorno prima sulla scrivania, non mi hanno rimpiazzato il kit del tea/coffee making facilities. Forse un po' di attenzione in più ci vorrebbe

Buongiorno, - stanza pulita e in ordine con piccoli problemi al bagno (doccia e lavandino avevano problemi nell'erogazione dell'acqua) - colazione ottima - servizio parcheggio un po' deludente: rispetto al Park Hyatt dove abbiamo soggiornato prima di arrivare alSofitel il servizio era un po' lento (dai 5 ai 10 minuti prima di ricevere la macchina).

Hotel elegante e ben arredato. Personale altamente qualificato, alla ricezione dei clienti. Curato nei minimi dettagli per far trascorrere al proprio cliente, un meraviglioso soggiorno. Posizione centrale. Ho provato la colazione,tante pietanze cucinate in modo divino, ma mi ha un po' deluso rispetto alls colazione che servono in altro Sofitel a Sydney, della stessa categoria, dove sono stato l'anno scorso. Un parcheggio auto efficientissimo.

Struttura curata. Posizione strategica. Camere ampie e curate. Pulito. Dispone di ristorante e lounge bar. Ottima e variegata la colazione. Personale molto gentile. Ovviamente hotel costoso considerata la città (in aggiunta si trova a Beverly Hills!), le 4 stelle e la posizione a pochi km da Rodeo drive. Attenzione al servizio di "valet parking": 45$ al giorno. Sappiatelo. Unica grave pecca: una sera rientrando alle 23:00 abbiamo trovato il bar chiuso... INACCETTABILE per una struttura del livello per cui si pone!!!

Il Sofitel LA è come casa ma questa volta ci sono stati un paio di inconvenienti. La mia carta di credito, perfettamente valida, non era letta dal computer strisciandola, ho chiesto al front desk di inserire il numero manualmente e hanno rifiutato. Ho dovuto utilizzare una carta che non avrei voluto utilizzare.

Francamente mi aspettavo di più anche considerato il prezzo. Prima tappa del nostro viaggio di 3 settimane. Camera ok ma troppo scura, servizi ok ma niente di più. I concierge si danno da fare per informare correttamente.
