EL HOTEL, SU UBICACIÓN Y SERVICIOS ME GUSTARON; SIN EMBARGO, TUVE UN PROBLEMA CON LA GARANTIA DE MI ESTANCIA. ME HICIERON UN CARGO POR $60,000.00 DOS VECES. AL DIA DE HOY TODAVÍA A APARECE EL PRIMER CARGO EN TRANSITO. YA HICE LAS ACLARACIONES EN BANCOMER; SOFITEL NO ME AYUDO A ACLARARLO EN SU MOMENTO SINO HASTA EL FINAL

El hotel tiene buena ubicación que sería lo mejor de este. Por lo demás es un hotel muy simple sin el nivel de calidad de otros Sofitel en el mundo. La señorita Martha que recibe en el Restaurant es maravillosa.

Mal servicio de limpieza, no recomendable para familias ya que por los pasillos hay huéspedes en estado de ebriedad.
