This hotel is very clean and well situated to the sights of Toronto. The staff were friendly and welcoming they were also knowledgeable and helped us. The breakfast was good variety and good Wuhan’s we were not disappointed. A very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Spacious and Comfortable

Novotel Toronto is located less than 10 minutes away from the train station. Checking-in to the hotel is very welcoming, smooth and quick. The room is bright, spacious, clean, the bed is very comfortable and the toilet is very bright and warm. I loved the toiletries the hotel provided it smells good and is skin friendly.

Amazing Staff and Comfortable Stay

The hotel itself was very clean although the lobby was small compared to hotels I've stayed at. The staff member who greeted me when I arrived was just amazing he even went out of his way to make sure I was ok on the elevator. The next day, he asked me how things were going? Very considerate. I met the housekeeper she was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, comfy bed, nice bathroom and awesome shower! The only thing was my room was facing a parking garage but the staff member did mention he wanted me to have a quiet side.

Hotel is ideally located with many restaurants and bars within a short walk and a number of Toronto attractions close by. Also not far to Union Station for bus, train or underground links further afield. We had standard room and it was fine for us, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff also helpful and friendly, particularly the guys in the bar. Would return.

Great Location

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Toronto. The location is great. We got the train in from the airport and the hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from the station. We found everything we wanted within walking distance and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants close by. Although we arrived a bit early, check in was quick and efficient and our room was ready. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the swimming pool or eat in the hotel so I can’t comment on those facilities but I would happily stay here again when visiting Toronto.
