Stayed here numerous times.. rooms are always well looked after and all the reception team ever so helpful when we required anything for the room. Will definitely stay again and would recommend as being close to the centre of Paderborn.

Good hotel but parking directions to be questioned.

Hotel was a very good central hotel with good amenities, however trying to find the parking was not a good experience. Lack of directions made it a stress not needed at the start of what was a good long weekend. Other than parking would recommend

Receptionist spoke English and recommended us a local restaurant to eat. Parking was secure underground. Bar was open. Room was great. Sleep was good even looking over the main road, bed was comfortable & room was clean. Breakfast was buffet style.

Staff is friendly and the location is good But no way to control the temperature on your room You can open a window, but because its next to a hospital the sound of ambulances will wake you up. Breakfast is good

The receptionist when we arrived was quite friendly and patient when I couldn’t understand how 67.50 incl child breakfast became 81.00 after applying a discount. Took a little while to get to sleep because the bedding had such a stench that I had t ask for them to be changed, which was done. The the room is very small and the bed is uncomfortable and after tossing and turning for hours, finally fell asleep only to be woken at 4.a. m. by a sound that sounded like people dragging furniture across the floor outside our door. It turned out to be noise from road construction outside because they’d left the windows and all connecting doors open. Breakfast could not have been more basic. Despite banners offering late checkout, when I asked, I was told it wasn’t possible as they are fully booked today. While searching for another hotel to move to, I couldn’t help noticing that Ibis hotel Paderborn city had lots of rooms available today. The daytime receptionist obviously just didn’t like my face😄I’ll give this place a wide birth henceforth and advice others to stay away. Waste
