I have stayed in Ibis hotel in France previously and they were always good, small rooms but clean and comfortable. This one was tatty and run down. Thankfully it was one night only and not even cheap and certainly overpriced for this facility. Well overdue a makeover.

We went to recharge our car and had breakfast. It was such a terrible breakfast. The staff was rude. Two staff members kept eating from the corn flake jars in front of us which was quite disgusting and unhygienic. The girl on the bar counter touching her body then touching food with the same hand which was also very much disgusting. The one cleaning the table counter kept putting the fallen flakes into the jar. I’ve never seen something like this and especially from the French people was not expecting this much unhealthy and unhygienic behavior. Such a disgusting place !

The hotel is ok and Ibis standard. The bathroom has very old towels and the shower doesn't work properly, during the shower the water gets too hot and too cold even without you changing the temperature. Furthermore, my husband and I suffer from bedbugs in the bed and we are suffering from bites and having to treat them with medication and a doctor.

Typical Ibis. Kind and helpful staff, nice property with big garden. Comfortable room for a 1-night stay. Very efficient check-in system. Other benefits are on-site parking and location close to the highway. Highly recommend this property for overnight stay in Aix-en-Provence.

Perfect for our needs, Driving from Nice to Toulouse needed a place to spent the night. IBIS was just off the Expressway pulled in without a reservation. Reception clerk was so welcoming and accomdating, the late dinner was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. Like I said perfect or my needs. recommend it highly
