Really disappointed in this hotel. No water in rooms, no coffee/ tea or kettle.. Very basic! Shower plug blocked and flooding bathroom - reported and exactly the same the next night. I was there for 4 days- 2 of which I came in to find there was no evening meals being served. No warning of this at all. Staff reasonably friendly but it’s not a great place. It’s in a really run down area and I felt unsafe walking out. . I had an Airbnb for my first night and wish I’d stayed there!

The hotel is situated on the edge of a housing estate, which is very quiet and safe. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. The breakfast is perfectly adequate with the normal selection of pan au chocolat, croissants, breads, cereals, fruit etc. The car park is quite large and safe. There are several restaurants within walking distance, Courtepaille being some 10 minutes away. One setback for elderly/infirm people is that there is no lift to the upper floors.

Friendly staff and good accessible rooms. Breakfast is alright. Conveniently located in center of town. Staff is responsive and service oriented. Perfect choice for staying central with moderate budget.

That said we had been travelling all day and wanted a bed for the night. The Ibis doesnt usually dissapoint. This was not their finest hotel, however the staff were lovely the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I wouldnt want to spend my holiday there but it was good enough for our overnight stop whilst visiting the site where the armistice was signed.

The hotel was modern and the rooms were clean and comfortable but surprisingly appeared to lack a lift to access the upper floors. The hotel is easily and conveniently accessed from the major traffic routes but is a drive away from the town centre for anyone wanting stroll around the sites or visit a restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the dining area appeared small in relation to the size of hotel and resulted in a warning that should we wish to take dinner at the hotel then we should be aware that a large group were to be catered for that evening.
