Had chance to spend few nights in October in This Hotel. location is well connected to Subway and Rialway. Property is old and not well maintanined. Overall a bad smell in Hall, corridor and elevators. Shared spaces very dirty, dusty and smelly. Room. Acceptable size for a Standard service. poor bed quality, i had a double bed, made of 2 single beds covered with a Topper. Not satisfied, since i woke twice during the nights to "reconnect the beds". Toilet and shower need a renovation. Sink didn't drain water aswell the Shower. Really Good Breaksfat which made the stay a bit more pleasant, expecially nice the variety of tea. Friendly and nice staff. Overpriced for the quality and the services offered. I honestly won't come back in this property.

The entrance of the hotel promises better but when you get to your room one remains in shock; I had three single beds cramped into mine, why, I do not know. The laminate was lose, there was a type of old grey laminate in the bathroom, and holes everywhere, hairdryer did not work, the water did not go anywhere when showering and there was mold in the shower. Everything just looks worn down and dirty. The only positive note is the very friendly staff (who had to hear my complaints).

Worst experience ever the receptionist is a racist who knows that we are Arabs. Consequently, started to tell us that people like you are not welcome here. Moreover, the disaster is she started to grab my hand and pushed my bags outside the hotel.

Mrs Hammad, I regret your review. I must admit I'm also upset by the behaviour the students showed during their stay. We apologize if our receptionist indeed threw your bag, therefore we obviously summoned her about this. However, as you know after many exchanges with our general manager, videos have been seen, so we can clearly see that our receptionist didn’t grab your hand. Finally, we obviously can’t accept your remarks about racism. Diversity and open-mindedness takes part of our group and hotel DNA. The diversity present within my staff, and the importance placed on our welcome, whatever the origin of our customers, prevents us from any form of discrimination. There has been no act or remark from our staff that can be related as racism. Thank you. Regards Room division manager

Отель не далеко от метро, метров 700, до Эйфелевой башни минут 15 с одной пересадкой. Кондиционер в номере хорошо справлялся с жарой, на улице было до 36 градусов. Из минусов, нет тв программ на русском, того же евроньюс и мультиков детям.

Really very bad hotel. It is a shame rooms are not well maintained. You have to wait for a bread for the breakfast and clean you table yourself. To avoid absolutely. Expensive, and dirty l. Accor group should react.
