Excellent Quality of service. People are always available for support ; services and the food is amazing..Quality of rooms and the hotel are also very good. The view of the sea and the swimming pool are also fantastic. I have enjoyed my stay and strongly recommend this hotel

Outstanding staff. The hotel is not out of this world and some areas need attention, especially the breakfast room were anyone could eat for free as room numbers or names were never asked. However, 90 of the staff is truly remarkable, always trying to please and walking the extra mile to please everyone A big shout out to Alex. A wonderful young man, extra professional whom without him would not have made it to the airport. He will clearly be a hotel director one day

I got a view of garbage rather than the sea. Hard to get what you need like more bottled water and decent pillows. Should be better. Bar and restaurant good. Breakfast buffet and made to order eggs good. Many coffee machines for espresso and cappuccinos.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The hotel had a very elegant, nice and local vibe, you could really feel inmersed in a cultural experience. At the same time, the price of the food was very affordable and awesome quality, the staff was friendly, approachable and extremelly polite and caring. It was still a laid back atmosphere, where you could feel at home, among the authenticity of Dakar. I would certainly recomend it! Bocoum from reception was so polite, helpful, nice and professional, and Alphonse was so caring and helpful as well.

Most wonderful service from front desk manager Babacar to Mr.Coly.Fresh breakfast, local fruits and a phenomenal atmosphere.Beautiful pool seaside with access to beach and restaurant Le Lagoon.Highly recommend the Pullman Terranga!
