Great except for the check-in

A mixed experience. We were part of a group. They knew months ahead when we would arrive. It took an hour to check us in. Actually, it's an improvement because the two previous times it took an hour and a half. Half the front desk staff was chatting with each other. It's like it was their first day in business. The room was clean and adequately furnished. However, the shower had no curtain nor door and the glass partition was far too narrow so an amazing amount of the shower went onto the bathroom floor. What a mess. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty.
