I had a wonderful experience at Pullman Teranga, Dakar. The personalised reception accorded me was warm and exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with breathtaking ocean view and scenery. Staff were always friendly, cleanliness was top notch, and the food was exquisite. The location of the hotel is quite central to areas of my interests in town. Special thanks to Madam Bintou and Madam Gerti and their team at guest relations for making my stay a memorable one.

Wow this the best hotel I ever been. And I love the hotel very friendly people like Musa Baldeh he’s amazing definitely doing hard work. There rooms are absolutely beautiful very clean, and I love there meals too, ooh honestly I love pull Man hotel I wish you come to visit this hotel you will never regret it. The reception was truly great, as Moussa greeted me with a warm smile while assisting with my check-in. The rooms were good and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was really the afternoon tea and the very yummy tchiakry served. So good. I am also eager to share my lovely experience with the hotel staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

The reception was excellent. Had the opportunity to be served by moussaka baldeh who was excellent and professional. Also was introduced to features of my room by Samba Ndiaye who was really helpful and professional as well. The reception staff were excellent. The Clinic staff were very helpful with our sick colleagues. The food was great and the waiters and waitresses were always smiling and helpful. Securities were friendly. The room girls did a great job. Management were ausome. In all the Pullman team are great people with high professionalism and great team spirit.
