This hotel was good. Needs improve in the variation of breakfast menu. This hotel need to provide american breakfast properly. Its hard to me to even request sausage and plain omelette. The staff even didn’t heard my request properly. But overall it is a good classic hotel

Such a good experience stay in novotel we have nice and nice place to stay the food is amazing and complete from main course to snacks and also have an fresh fruit that never late to refill the rooms was clean and comfy the hotel location is so strategies with so many place in solo

Great experience, I had a good sleep last night, the room is pretty clean and comfy and the food is amazing. The frontliner also nice and friendly. Absolutely will go back to Novotel next time. Overall it was worth it with the price. Good job Novotel.

Good stay for business trip at Solo

Overal : Good stay. There are some facilities that needs to be maintained and restore to the newest tech. For example lock handle in my room is broken, and the keys cannot be used several times so we need to contact the FO and it is exhausting. I got no complaints on the food, alot of variety, the croissants is my fav.

It's very cozy and clean I really enjoy the service and the place is tragedy to go anywhere. The waitress are also very kind and generous. For the breakfast food it's really delicious I really do recommend Novetel if your planning to stay in Solo
