In the lobby you can feel the traditional of java culture and enjoy gamelan music. Te recepcionist very kindly. They clean the room and change the towel everyday. There are so many menu in breakfast and variatif menu every day for our para-athlet. The meal clean and tasty. They are very helpfull and kind.

Disappointment... not really a novotel standard

Don't expect the european standard of Novotel... If you do, the disappointment is granted... If you consider the réception, it's may be one of the only part where you can may be feel like in a 4 stars hotel... Once in the room, that feeling disappears immediatly... Not only the amenities are mostly for one person (1 glass, 1 pair of cutlery for the only one piece of cake to share, etc...) but the room need some refurbishment considering the global state of it... mold all over the shower, limescale on the rainshower (so it's bearly functionning), chiped wood on the bed, etc... We had the opportunity to try as well the swimming-pool. One of them is quite big and it's enjoyable but if you want to get dry once you leave, try not to pay attention to the smell of the "fresh" towel available for swimming pool. Finally, for the breakfast, there is some choice in local food.

Novotel always be one of my top mind when it comes to comfortable hotel with good services. Never disappointed as much as I remember when I stay in Novotel, either for a short trip or a long trip. I will always come back here because it feels like home.

Good services and excellent facilities, the food all goods. Swimming pool are clean, familiy friendly. I was stay only one night but it’s comfortable. Location of hotel are centralized on the city you can walk around to get some street food
