Dear "182frankg", Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though we are deeply sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. Regarding the absence of facial tissues and hand towels, these items are unfortunately not part of the Ibis brand standards, which provide one large bath towel per person. However, guests are always welcome to request additional bath towels at any time free of charge from the reception. As for the breakfast, which is generally well-appreciated by our guests, it is served as a buffet until 10:30 AM. For those who prefer to sleep in, a lighter option is available at the bar after this time. We sincerely regret that you were unable to fully enjoy this service. Regarding our staff, friendliness is one of the strengths of our hotel, and we are doubly touched by your comments. We will immediately ensure that our team is reminded of the importance of providing the best possible welcome to every guest. As for the air conditioning, our systems are indeed under strain due to exceptional heatwaves, and while we strive to maintain optimal comfort, we sincerely regret that this was not achieved during your stay. Regarding the welcome drink, we must adhere to the ibis brand standards in France, which only allow one drink per stay for loyalty cardholders. We regularly raise this issue with the ibis marketing department in hopes that France will align with other countries.
