The worst hotel i've ever stayed in.

I've booked this hotel for two weeks. If I knew what conditions are here I wouldn't book it even for one night. The smell of dust and old carpet is disgusting. You can not sleep due to the the noise form corridor and from neighbours, the doors are so old and the walls are so thin. You wake up several times a night because of the unbearable noise. Is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff can't do nothing about that as the hotel is extremely old and not renovated at all.

But honestly we do not have any carpet in the hotel anymore due to our last renovations by beginning of 2023. Therefore we are wondering if you are evaluating the right hotel in Saarbruecken? We have invested permanently in our house since 2016. All 100 bathrooms have been completely renovated, the air conditioning and the heating system with 100 heaters have been modernized and brought up to the latest state of the art. We have also renovated the public area and the restaurant, as well the restaurant furniture and lobby furniture have been replaced. The floors were also replaced in all guest rooms in 2023 and the new Mercure box spring bed has already been installed in some rooms. The elevator was also replaced and renewed in 2022 as well as all windows to a modern, energetically up-to-date versions. As you can see, the entire hotel is gradually being modernized and progress is being made step by step. It would be our pleasure to welcome you again. We would like to convince you of our service. Hotel is conveniently situated off the Autobahn. The plus points are the staff, all of whom were helpful and friendly. This was especially the case in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast. Flexible and able to accommodate for wife’s gluten-free diet. Delicious Wiener Schnitzel. Breakfast was adequate-Not sure warranted price however. Free parking. The room. Did not feel clean and there were things that were worn eg handle to shower only had one screw. Duvet was for a single rather than double bed albeit given two duvets. Toilet was tiny and difficult to use at night without waking up partner- we are people of a certain age! Bathroom adequate. Room had kettle and coffee machine.

This hotel is nice. It is close to the french border and very silenze. For parking there is a lot of space.The rooms have everything what you need. Bathroom is clean. Internet is very fast and good perfect for business people.

Stayed here on my way to Switzerland. Booking via the app was Easy, and hotel is easy to find. Checking was s bit slow because covid means filling in everything that accor already knows.... by pen on a piece of paper. And the receptionist wasnt happy with my handwriting, so I got to do it twice... sigh. Room was good, Welcome drink was much appreciated, bar-lady was Friendly! wifi was good to do a zoom-call. Breakfast was Good, but again staff a bit short: use the plastic gloves and follow the walking-directions or you will be told off, even if you are the only person in the breakfast-room. I like the hotel, and the location is convenient for my travels, but not sure if I like the staff.

We chose this place for one night!!Thanks God!!!What a stinky hotel!Carpet is so so old and stinky that make you so sick!!!i would Not recommend this hotel!It looks like they update hotel but sorry smell of dust and dirt from carpet it is so dominant that you can’t see anything!!!Shame!!What is going with Germany and Hotels!!This is third bad experience of poor quality of hotels!!!
