Dear Waynew, we are deeply shocked by your review, even though you were not at the hotel. You have booked a rate that cannot be changed or canceled free of charge. We discussed this with you as well. When booking, you can decide at any time in advance which rate and conditions you would like to book. There are different prices and conditions. In our modern times, all companies work with it, for example car rental companies or airlines. We would like to ask you to refrain from making such comments.
