nice property except staff at restaurant not able to provide any food at 11pm, poor management. But room is fine, breakfast is good.

an ordinary hotel with an ordinary room and ordinary breakfast. More like a 3 star hotel, barely. The rooms are super basic. AC didn't work.

I stayed at this hotel for one night upon arriving in Nice. While the hotel itself appears modern and well-maintained, our experience was unfortunately marred by extremely poor service and a broken AC. Upon check-in, we were greeted by an extremely rude and dismissive receptionist. We were assigned a room where the air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 25 celsius. Hoping to resolve the issue, I went down to the lobby with a photo of the thermostat, trying to figure out if we had done something wrong. The receptionist refused to even look at the picture and curtly insisted, “It’s not 25 degrees in the room,” before reluctantly agreeing to send someone to help. To our surprise it was the same receptionist who came to the room a few minutes later. He simply turned the system off and on again and told us that it’ll be fine in 10 minutes. When I asked him to show me how to adjust the thermostat, he just quipped «Don’t touch it.»

Hotel situated about 1 km from Nice airport. It’s a well-maintained hotel. But charging 180 euros for 1 night and very calmly answering that they don’t have slippers - is very unacceptable. We will never return to this hotel again. 👎👎👎 Sure !!!!
