Pokój który dostałam nie spełniał oczekiwań, ale po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji pokoj został zmieniony na wyższe piętro. Przy rejestracji czekał zimny napój i drobny poczęstunek dostępny dla wszystkich gości. Podobało mi się ze hotel ma basen i jest w nim ciepła woda. Nie daję 10, bo pokoje wymagają odświeżenia.

Cieszymy się, że nasz zespół mógł szybko zareagować na Pana/Pani prośbę o zmianę pokoju oraz że podobały się Panu/Pani powitalne upominki i basen z podgrzewaną wodą. Rozumiemy uwagę dotyczącą potrzeby odnowienia pokoi i bardzo cenimy ten komentarz, ponieważ pomaga nam wskazać obszary do poprawy. Naszym celem jest zawsze zapewnienie jak największego komfortu i dobrego samopoczucia naszym Gościom. Będzie nam bardzo miło gościć Pana/Panią ponownie w przyszłości! I would not stay here again. The reception staff are well trained but the rest is not Novotel standard. Room service sat in hall ways for hours, the Sofa at reception dirty, mould in showers and the bar staff uninterested. I ordered a white wine and they have no wine! Then I ordered a cocktail. The bar man offered his mate a sip of the drink before he bought it to me!! Yes that is right. The man took a sip and he still bought it to me. This hotel is also in an industrial area with the nearest decent restaurant a 15 min taxi away. They seem to be busy with people coming for work and some type of conferences. It’s slim pickings in Manaus but if you want something lovely stay at Villa Amazonia. We had one night there (on the way in) and it was much much better.

We booked this hotel for 1 night on our way to the jungle lodge, then again on the way before we flew out of Manaus airport. PROs - Staff tries to be as helpful as possible in the front desk, during the day they have great English speakers, less so at night - the airlines lost out luggage and the hotel staff were knowledgeable on this and communicated with us about updates - Taxis are right out front and easy and safe when you need to somewhere, uber also shows up right at the front - Overall the place is very clean and things are in order - ATM in the lobby is very convenient and safe option - Pool although we didn’t use it, seems to be clean and kept in order Areas to improve - Rooms can be a bit cramped, we wanted a room for 3 ppl and they put in a room with 1 queen + 2 x single beds. Seems like they could do with 1 less single bed and just reallocate that space to put your stuff. We ended up using the spare bed for storage - Internet is very spotty outside of the main lobby area. Although you get signal in the rooms we could not get it work during our 2nd stay outside of the lobby - Breakfast is OK - they have a descent spread, but didn’t find it amazing compared to other breakfast buffets - Meals (e.g. Lunch) is also very much OK and nothing to write home about. Wait staff does not speak good English or doesn’t listen well. We even used a translator to explain our needs, yet they still got the orders wrong - We stayed on the 2nd floor (Same as main lobby) and there was a club or something with booming music all night long. Not sure it has to do with the hotel but beware

Sobre o barulho noturno, investigaremos o ocorrido para que isso não afete futuros hóspedes. Thos is my favorite Hotel in Manaus,the service is excellent everybody are so nice, Front Desk,Restaurant and House Keeping well training staff.I want to mention in the Bar, Alexandra she's doing a Fantastic job; Front Desk, Maria Vitoria she's so nice.
