From the moment I arrived at Hotel the staff were very helpful. Arthur was very helpful and couldn't of done anymore to help me. Sami and Julie whom were on Reception were also very helpful. Dominic whom was the Shuttle bus driver was also very helpful and friendly. The Room was very clan and tidy, the breakfast there was a good selection of food. Julie on Reception ordered me a pizza this was very nice I would recommend it. If I was to return I would definately stay at the hotel again. thank you hope to see you soon.

This hotel is approx. 3 km away from the airport and a shuttle bus which you call and wait for at number 2 bus stop Terminal 2 arrives within 10 mins. The hotel is very quiet and very clean. The staff all speak english as well as french. We stayed on a Saturday night and only snacks were being served so a member of reception called for a pizza on our behalf which arrived very quickly. We booked our shuttle bus for the next morning and were on our way.

Hotel staff were nice. Room was cleaned and AC fan could be turn down to reduce noise. However, there are mosquitoes in the room and hallway. We squashed several mosquitoes during our 3 night stay, and yet still got bitten several times. The main bed was OK, but the sofa bed was terrible. The mattress on the sofa bed was so thin that you could felt the springs. The bathroom space seemed better than most of European hotel. The design of the bathtub (bain) seemed good, but the installation was poorly done. It will NOT pass the AARP standard (not sure there is one). The difference in height between the tub and the bathroom floor was too much to be safe, and shorter folks or seniors would easily fall when they step out of the bathtub.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Eccentric but fun decor. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed before heading to our flight. We discovered that the hotel runs a free airport shuttle too which was fantastic - it runs quite late 11.30pm so even when we checked in late it was not a problem. Will stay again.

Excellent, the hotel shuttle picked us up and we then booked a slot for it taking us back the following morning to collect our car hire. We have done this previously and it takes the stress out of collecting you car hire late.

Great customer service, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had to print the boarding pass and she assisted me very well in this regards. The room was clean, great breakfast and excellent and relaxing pool.

oczekiwanie na bus z lotniska bylo bardzo dlugie , 40 minut aby pokonac trase lotnisko hotel w cigu 5 minut. Musialam zadzwonic po raz drugi poniwz obiecany busik nie przyjechal. Nazajutrz rowniez 10 minut spoznienia i tylko 10 poniewaz podeszlam do recepcji aby przypomniec , po raz drugi , ze czekam na busika.

As usually on Ibis hotels, good room and bathroom , clean an quite spacious. Efficient and welcome checkin and staff. Good choice just for resting before/after a flight. The only thing I didn't like was that since it was sunday the restaurant service was very limited to the bar menu's options.

Being greeted with a welcoming smile always makes me feel, well welcome. The person at the reception, I believe her name is Gintare, anticipated everything I needed or wanted to know and answered my questions courteously, patiently and with a smile. I loved the room, the facilities, the quiet, the breakfast and the shuttle but foremost the staff, including the cleaning person who greeted me cheerfully.

Nos clients effectivement apprécient énormément l'ambiance Ibis Styles ‘’Du confort, des designs, un prix tout compris’’ L’offre tout compris: chambre avec bouteille d’eau, petit déjeuner, wifi, accès internet, à plus de 1’000 journaux à partir de votre tablette ou votre téléphone, rafraichissement et café ds le hall…. Chez ibis styles, nous faisons tout pour créer de la bonne humeur. Par exemple: notre petit déjeuner est offert et à volonté dans le prix de chambre. La machine à jus d’orange frais, est déjà une animation, avant de déguster les vitamines du matin. Rien qu’en la regardant, elle fait le bonheur des petits et des grands A bientôt

It is probably too harsh to score this hotel as average and perhaps to generous to score very good, but as there is not a "Good" I have erred on the side of generosity. Welcome at reception was very good from a cheerful and helpful receptionist, room was ok, clean and acceptable, evening meal passable but expensive for what it was, and the restaurant staff could learn from the cheerful helpful customer approach of the reception staff.

This was a pre flight stay,and we had stayed a few days earlier when we arrived at Marseilles airport. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and included in the room rate. Dinner was very good and good value. There was nowhere to walk outside the hotel grounds, but there was a pool and pretty gardens. Complimentary hot drinks in the foyer.

our stay was very pleasant, receptionist was very helpfull, the room was big and the beds were excellent!!! we will stay in this hotel again next time we are in Marseille. It wasalso convenient there is a shuttle to the airport of Marseille.

Convenient for the airport. The restaurant being closed over the weekend seems odd but compensating with buffet breakfast included in the room price was very acceptable, as was the breakfast. No problems.
