Please know that this is far from the standard of quality and cleanliness we strive to maintain. Our hotel is entirely non-smoking, and our teams are trained to act quickly when a room does not meet expectations — including addressing issues with cleanliness, temperature control, and maintenance. This Novotel does not have an "EXECUTIVE" room like other Novotels, which may explain your return and your dissatisfaction.
