Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience about your stay at Novotel Strasbourg Center Halles. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your visit did not live up to your expectations, particularly with regard to accessibility by car and the lack of information regarding parking. An explanatory email for access to the parking lot is sent via all reservation platforms at the time of booking. We recommend that our guests go directly to the parking lot so as not to have to worry about parking in front of the hotel. We will see why you did not have this information before your arrival. We fully apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured that we will strengthen our communications, with clearer and more precise instructions on access to our hotel via public parking Concerning the room and the equipment, we regret that the general condition and comfort did not satisfy you. We will take note of your observation on the toilet ceiling and we will have this checked quickly by our technical department. The layout of the breakfast space is also a point that we will re-evaluate with our team to improve the flow and comfort of our customers.
