I am also sorry that some aspects did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. With your detailed message (for which I am grateful), I would like to provide some clarifications: In France, to obtain star ratings, hotels must meet certain mandatory and optional criteria to accumulate enough points for classification. It is therefore up to each hotel to offer the amenities and services that meet the legislated classification criteria. Additionally, the criteria and classifications are specific to each country, so requirements may vary from one country to another. Tesla chargers are not exclusive to guests, which is why you may have seen others using them. Also, we have not yet updated the markings for the universal charging station; however, we do have a large number of disable bay in our parking. Thank you again for your comments. Rest assured that we are taking appropriate measures to address the mentioned issues and prevent future occurrences. We hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Dear Madam Claudio, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Rouen Sud. "I am sorry that our restaurant failed to serve you appropriate food and for the change of hotel you experienced; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please be aware that due to a technical issue with our software provider, we had, on the day of your stay, more reservations than our capacity allowed, which unfortunately led to having to relocate some guests. This is not our usual practice, and I am truly sorry that you had to experience this. Rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
