Estuvo todo correcto. El bar, muy agradable y las habitaciones bien, pero por debajo de lo q esperaba de un Novotel. Eran habitaciones de uso individual, pero me dieron habitaciones con dos camas. Y pedí pisos altos, me contestaron q tomaban nota, pero me dieron pisos bajos. Y ninguna disculpa.

Hotel muy limpio y bonito. Personal no muy simpáticos, bastantes distantes. Quisimos cenar en el hotel y habiendo mesas libres no pudimos por no tener reserva, yo creo que fue por falta de personal, ese día había 2 grupos grandes y uno de ellos solo pasó esa noche en el hotel. A mi modo de ver tenían que haber tenido un poco más de atención con nosotros ya que nuestra estancia era más larga.
