We are delighted that you enjoyed the cleanliness of our pool, the excellence of our breakfast and the Rituals care products provided in your room. Regarding the comfort of the sofa bed, we hear your comment and are sorry for the inconvenience. This feedback will be passed on to our team. Regarding the pool shower, please note that it was taken out of service as part of water restriction measures imposed a few years ago, and this decision has been maintained as part of our commitment to environmental preservation, in line with the Accor group's sustainability policy. Regarding your dinner, your feedback on the seasoning of the Vegi Bowl will be shared with our chef. As for the restaurant chairs, we are sorry for the impression this gave, please know that they are regularly cleaned and maintained throughout service.
