Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Novotel Narbonne Sud****. We are delighted that you enjoyed the peace and comfort of your room, as well as its layout, our swimming pool, restaurant and the variety of our breakfast. We are also pleased that you appreciated the location of our hotel. We have taken note of your comment regarding the waiting time at breakfast, as well as your remark concerning the number of guests not being correctly transmitted to the hotel when making your reservation. Regarding sustainability, we are sorry that our initiatives were not sufficiently visible during your stay. We have nevertheless implemented several measures throughout the hotel, including changing bed linen only upon the guest’s request, eliminating single-use products and plastic water bottles, which have been replaced by water carafes in the rooms and a water fountain on the ground floor, as well as working with various local partners in the region. Other initiatives are also carried out on a daily basis in our kitchen, restaurant and housekeeping departments. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback, which reminds us of the importance of communicating our commitments more clearly to our guests. We are delighted that you enjoyed the cleanliness of our pool, the excellence of our breakfast and the Rituals care products provided in your room. Regarding the comfort of the sofa bed, we hear your comment and are sorry for the inconvenience. This feedback will be passed on to our team. Regarding the pool shower, please note that it was taken out of service as part of water restriction measures imposed a few years ago, and this decision has been maintained as part of our commitment to environmental preservation, in line with the Accor group's sustainability policy. Regarding your dinner, your feedback on the seasoning of the Vegi Bowl will be shared with our chef. As for the restaurant chairs, we are sorry for the impression this gave, please know that they are regularly cleaned and maintained throughout service.
