Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor you experienced during your stay. Please know that this is not reflective of our usual standards, and we are addressing this issue. Additionally, all our rooms were fully renovated two years ago with the latest Novotel concept, and we offer executive rooms with extra comfort, including a Nespresso machine, bathrobes, and a fully stocked minibar.
