Very fast and effective procedures, friendly and kind staff. Large room with comfortable beds, convenient bathroom. Very nice breakfast with large variety of salty and sweet food. Good restaurant, well equipped for families and with good choice in the menu. Very convenient parking, hotel situated 5 mins from the Caen memorial, good for visiting. Very bright room, suggest more "covering" tents to allow darkness in the morning.

Hotel datato nell’arredamento ma bello, a 25 minuti dal centro a piedi o comodo alla fermata del tram. I miei figli hanno gradito la piscina

Personale molto cortese e attento. Tuttavia la struttura è un po' antiquata e necessiterebbe di una rimodernata. Stanze piccole per i miei gusti, Tuttavia accettabili.

Hotel vecchio e camere sporche

All’arrivo nella nostra camera quadrupla il divano letto dei miei figli presentava della frutta secca sparsa sotto al cuscino di uno dei due ( la quale era presente anche sotto al letto) e un capello e questo aveva una doga del letto rotta. Il giorno dopo i letti erano stati fatti sommariamente ( onestamente non mi era mai capitato di vedere dei letti di hotels rifatti così male) e i cestini solamente svuotati, ma la frutta secca presente sulla moquette sporca, vecchia e maleodorante era rimasta. Arredamento vecchio, così come la stanza che ospita il water, con gli angoli del soffitto tutti gialli. Sicuramente non un 4 stelle. Punti a favore: l’ottima prima colazione, l’acqua erogata sia naturale che frizzante 24 ore ed il parcheggio privato adiacente.
