酒店有小偷，并且大概率管理层知道，但是不作为。不论是白天下午，都有人员不敲门直接进房间。多次和前台反馈是否可以查看监控无果，各种拖延时间，同行人丢了很多现金。

Madame, Monsieur, Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous. Je tiens à vous informer que nous avons effectué des recherches concernant votre perte d'argent. D'autant que vous ne savez pas ou vous avez perdu votre sommes d'argent et vous nous accusé sans certitude. Effectivement nous avons des employés qui rentrent dans les chambre pour les nettoyer et nous avons aucun doute sur notre personnel. Veuillez agréer, Madame, Monsieur, nos salutations distinguées. F. Complimentary taxi shuttle to Bourget exhibition centre was very valuable. Also the restaurant can be recommended. The best thing is probably the unexpectedly quiet surroundings and you can even open your window. Even though the staff is friendly overall, it's definitely not the A-team working here. In the morning, glasses from the last guests of the night are still lying around, and breakfast is cleared away slowly. Even if you say you don't want your room cleaned, the staff goes in anyway. There are also some mouldy spots in the bathroom, a mirror light and a drain that doesn't work. Just a typical trade fair hotel.

Unsafe area, unless you have a car, you shouldn't book this place

🥴Horrible area, you can't walk any where, the staff was warning me about the area being unsafe. So since you'll have to take an Uber to Paris, you might as well pay a bit more and book a hotel in Paris , to avoid the Uber cost round trip (€60). Breakfast was not worth the €18! No CNN, No Al Jazeera 👍🏽The mattress was really comfy and the room had the and electrical kettle.

Excellent rooms not small clean, the stuff is very professional especially Nicolas at the reception. Very helpful very professional we are a crew for private jets he helped with everything we needed made our stay very delighted. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Stayed for 3 nights during family vacation in June’24. The hotel is situated far-off from the city centre. We were allotted 2 inter-connected rooms in 2nd floor. The rooms were spacious and fitted with one double and one single bed. The rooms were neatly done too. It had separate toilet and washroom, toilet was cramped, even opening door was difficult. Washroom was clean and provided with clean towel. The room had safe lockers, regular room cleaning was done on request. The buffet breakfast had limited options and was repetitive. Though lifts were available, but these were small, we as a group had to wait for some time. Overall a comfortable stay.
