The worst restaurant service I have never had in my life travelling all over the world. I waited 1 hour for a Cesar salad and it arrived with allergens I asked to remove. I really had the impression I was not welcome. None of the staff spoke and understood English. Rooms are not well maintained. They were dirty and old.

Stay was ok after mishap was solved

We booked 4 rooms in this hotel about 6-7 months in advance. Upon getting there we were informed that we will be relocated to another hotel 15 mins away (not Novotel). This was unacceptable as we paid and booked a 4 star. It is important to note that the day before we received confirmation that they look forward to welcoming us, thus our booking was confirmed. The receptionist kept insisting there is nothing he can do for a good 30 - 45 mins and that he tried reaching us by phone. This is completely untrue as our phone were all in a position to receive calls but didn't get any from the said Hotel. They could have resorted to contacting us by email through the booking portal should they really needed to contact us. We asked to speak to manager but receptionist kept insisting this was not possible. Another employee than took over and managed to fit us all in the rooms we booked. She upgraded one of the rooms. She was a blessing. Had a bad start to our holiday due to incompetence of others!

I would say 3.5 out of 5, nothing special but wasn't bad. It is certainly your typical business trip overnight stay hotel. Arrived late in the evening and check in was fairly smooth and quick, room clean and comfortable but a little on the warm side. Had a quick bite to eat in the bar area, just a burger but it was good. Breakfast choice was limited, but typical continental style with a slightly different twist, you had to cook your own fried eggs, which was good but the pans were full of scratches and in need of replacement. Wifi was decent and check out smooth I would have no problems in booking again for business, but it is not a place you would want to take a family in my opinion

When I have to choose a NOVETEL is a roulette and I cannot understand if it is a Crappy one or a good one. This was 4 stars (like other nice Novotel I tried in last months, example: novotel zurich city west and Novotel muenchen City Arnulfpark), but it is totally different. I have been here for 3 nights, when I entered the hotel, I walked around for 5 minutes in the HALL looking for the reception. There are no signs. At the end I asked to the BARMAN and he pointed the finger to a table close to him with a guy (that was looking ad me while I was lost, but he did nothing). Behind this guy there was JB Whisky and other barman stuff.... So that was the unrecognizable reception. I got the suite for me and my family. There was 2x 52" samsung TV in a ugly doble room. One remote control and when you change something on once TV, you do it on both. Also a problem keep a TV off. Air Cooling was not stopping, room was a bit cold for my sons. I asked for a blanked. Answer has been "I have to wait for a coulleague". ok. I asked a couple of hours later. Same answer. After 2 nights we left the hotel without the additional Blanket. Spiderwebs and dust in the air vents, toilettes&restoom funs were not working. The room was untreated, not only for details, but for the whole furniture (but the LCD 52" as I told you before). Really bad experience

The hotel has undergone major renovations. It has a super modern look and feel. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. The reception area has a huge TV set and a play area for children. Towels are big and fluffy and so are the pillows. The swimming pool looks inviting in summer. The staff speak both English and French. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection cheese and bread and hot breakfast. They also have dinner options although I did not eat here. You will love this hotel. A must visit. Wifi is excellent and in all areas. Plenty parking space even for buses. I did not use public transport so am not sure how easily accessible this is.
