离机场近，打车过来比较方便。离地铁站也近，去市内景点均不超过半小时。整体环境很清净，也没有扒手等迹象，适合旅游短居。入住时赠送了蜜月礼遇，minibar有可乐每天都会补充，感觉不错！有双人沙发床最多可住4人，房间不大，住2人会比较舒服。

A fantastic experience to test your resilience

We did not choose this hotel on purpose and we do not know we will have such a great experience to test our resilience! Trophy begins at the entry as the entry of all kinds of vehicles are forbidden and you start stay bu carrying your bag to lobby. If you arrive lobby, your mission is to check in while super unhelpful (!) personel do everything to stop you. You will have a priceless climbing experiencse with the elevator which are continiously shaking and trembling. The room is a real challenge; windows are sealed; AC is the only air source when you fight aganist the dust on the rugs. Bathroom dirts will boost your immune system. Restaurant experience is a once in a life time opportunity. To sum up, this was by far the worst hotel experience that I ever has

we come as a group who order 11 rooms and 4 of the room air conditioning is broken.. call the technician 4 times and did not work. try to change the room , but the room is full and yet to find another group of tour having the same problem with air conditioning and hot water. turns out the hotel itself having a problem with the ac and hot water. Novotel paris est ,please go get urself up and get maintenance or something ASAP the worst novotel i have ever stay as an accor platinum.

Hospedarme en el hotel Novotel Bagnolet fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido viajando. Desde la llegada, el personal mostró un trato pésimo y cero disposición para ayudar a resolver todas las situaciones que me estaban ocurriendo. Los empleados tienen pésima actitud, no tratan con profesionalismo a sus huéspedes. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia: baños sucios, toilets antiguos y sin mantenimiento, y bañeras tan viejas que resultaban desagradables y tapadas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y, a pesar de mis constantes quejas, me cambiaron de habitación cuatro veces sin resolver el problema. Lo correcto era mandar al personal a inspeccionar las habitaciones, pero me enviaban a una habitación nueva para salir del problema y a todas las que fui tenían una situación diferente. Las neveras no enfriaban y las habitaciones no se parecían en nada a lo que muestran en sus fotos, revelando un estado de abandono y descuido general. Este hotel no merece la categoría que ostenta; es incómodo, antihigiénico y con un servicio deficiente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Lo único bonito del hotel es el lobby, pero ni los empleados son profesionales ni el hotel es lo que muestra en sus páginas. El hotel no se siente seguro. Ni tan siquiera las camas son cómodas. Si pueden saltar esta experiencia háganlo. ———————————————————————————————————— Staying at the Novotel Bagnolet was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed a terrible attitude and absolutely no willingness to help resolve the many issues I encountered. Employees were unprofessional, unfriendly, and lacked basic customer service skills. Cleanliness was nonexistent: the bathrooms were dirty, with old toilets in poor condition and bathtubs so outdated they were unpleasant to use. The air conditioning did not work properly and, despite my constant complaints, I was moved to four different rooms without solving the problem. Instead of sending staff to inspect and fix the issues, they would just relocate me to another room, each with a different problem. The refrigerators did not cool, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised online, clearly showing neglect and lack of maintenance. This hotel does not deserve its category; it is uncomfortable, unhygienic, and provides extremely poor service. I absolutely do not recommend it. The only nice thing about the hotel is the lobby, but neither the staff act professionally nor does the hotel live up to what is shown on its website. The place does not feel safe, and not even the beds are comfortable. If you can avoid this experience, do so.

We booked family room for 4 person. they gave is one double bed and one sofa bed to sleep 4 person. Room was so tiny its looks like for 2 person accommodation room.toilet handle broken bathroom sink was block no slipper no toothpaste even no cup or glass for water im really disappointed.I'm never ever seen hotel like this i will not recoment any of my friends and family stuff not friendly also.
