Clean room and good service. A great place for an overnight stay. Very good reception service - receptionist could not be more helpful. Good breakfast. Uber food service for dinner. Safe parking behind a locked gate.

Room needs to be refurbished, Bedsheets not clean (old blood stains on it), and damaged with holes, Shower broken, tiles with mushrooms, ... Blocks of dust gathering on the carpet Almost no attention nor upgrade for fellow customers ( in my case the highest grade Platinum) Very disappointed, i used to give better rates here.

After a long trip we were looking forward to our junior suite, and it smell smoke of cigarettes.According to the manager no other room was available and it was to us to open the window to refresh.I wander why we pay so much to ultimately get a smelly suite and refresh it ourselves???No compensation and no upgrade, how pitty and how rude to treat guests the way the manager did.The manager was a woman, so very unprofessional.

O quarto é bastante confortável, e o pequeno almoço é completo e de qualidade adequada. Na recepção, foi-me inicialmente assignado um quarto que já estava ocupado, o que é sempre desagradável. Mas o vosso colaborador rapidamente me atribuiu outro quarto. O elevador é muito velho e inspira pouca confiança.

Nice friendly and efficient hotel on the outskirts of Paris. We had travelled from the south and so just used it as a stop-over. It is very close to the autoroute but is in the middle of a business park. We were disappointed to find out, when we got there, that the restaurant was closed and there wasn't a huge choice of restaurants nearby. I think this is predominantly a business hotel and so was very quiet at weekends. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful and we also managed to get an upgrade on our room, which was a nice touch.

Great location for heading south, friendly staff, clean rooms, great value family room off their website, late booking. On our visit the pool and the restaurant were closed. Might be wrong but we got the impression that the restaurant is not open at the weekend and the pool only over the summer months. If you need either of these check before you book,

And that you also found our staff friendly. Effectively our restaurant and bar are closed during the week-end (from Saturday until Sunday). The bar opens on Sunday evening. We have a "Boutique Gourmande" (snacking shop) available everyday at the front desk with many kinds of drinks, salads, candy bars, sandwiches, etc. Referring to the swimming pool, it opens depending on the weather end of May / beginning of June until September. This hotel is very typical of the Accor Mercure brand. Room is comfortable and the bed is good. Bathroom was clean. Location is in the middle of an industrial area and the nearest public transport is a 20 minute taxi ride away (€25). There are a couple of good restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

After a pleasant stay in 2013 while attending the Montlhery Vintage Car Revival, we re-booked paying full rate in advance for the 2015 event. We arrived on Friday the May Bank Holiday for a three-night stay, to find the restaurant and bar were closed for the whole week-end; there was minimal staff presence; and we were almost the only guests. As Mercure do not warn you that you will be staying in an almost deserted hotel with nothing to eat or drink except breakfast, I hope this review will serve as a warning to others.

The reason is that most of our individual guests staying during this period don't spend their time at the hotel during the day and are mostly go for visiting in Paris and other tourists' areas. Room is tiny, but the bed is very comfy. Bathroom was nice but drawing a bath took forever. Internet is fast and reliable. Front desk ladies are nice. The hotel restaurant is overpriced and not that good. Also, we checked in early and the cleaning lady entered without knocking, as I was naked from taking a shower...

Clean spacious rooms

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change of travel plans, it was 103 euros for the night for a family room. The room we were allocated was large and spacious, with a separate adjoining room with a kingside bed for us and 2 large singles for the kids in the main room. The bathroom was large, modern and clean and the bedding was lovely and clean. The only downside was the mattresses which were a bit hard. There were tea and coffee facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. We arrived on a bank holiday so the main restaurant was closed, bit the bar offered some meals, though we decided to walk the 10 mins to a buffalo grill over the road. We chose the express breakfast of pain au chocolate and croissants for 7 euros per adult and the kids ate for free. I would definitely recommend this hotel as an ideal stop over just south of Paris

Never Again

The restaurant was closed which was something we expected as it was a Friday night. However the literature quite clearly states that room service or snacks at the bar would be available. The only thing available at the bar was a drink. We were told that there were restaurants nearby. The only restaurant that was open, if that's the correct word, was a McDonald's. I do not expect to stay in a hotel of this rating and have to go out for a McDonald's to get something to eat. I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Dear Madam, dear Sir We wanted to thank you to have kindly informed us about your weekend in our hotel. Some years ago, because we are located in an industriel area, taking in consideration that we could not get more than 4 covers per service and as our weekend customers are most B&B toursimes groups, but also as a variety restaurants have open to 15-minute walk from the hotel such as "la Boucherie" steakhouse, "La criée" fish restaurant "Courte paille" firewood grilled restaurant then Mac Donalds, we decided to close our restaurant from Friday evening to Sunday evening . and well specified this information on our website and internal restaurant information. Nevertheless we continued to offer a light menu of snaking for customers who do not wish to go out. So we do not understand the reason why our restaurant waiter refused to serve you more than a drink and we will get some explanation from his side . So please accept our apologies for this mistake as he should have given the snacking card and serve you when you asked for it. Best regards Joël FENOYER
