It's okay, but there are better places to stay

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. It's located a bit away from the main sights and has limited dining options in the area. The room was okay, and the bathroom was good. Just be careful of strangers approaching you, a couple of people on our tour got scammed.

This hotel was booked for our stay during a Costsaver Group Tour, we also booked one night prior to the tour and two nights after the tour. The hotel is not very appealing on the outside but we found this hotel to be very good. The lobby area is very nice and joins the bar and restaurant. The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms and bathroom were of a good size. One of the rooms we used had a bath. The room had a fridge and Coffee/tea making facilities, tissues but no safe. The location was not in central Paris, about 1/2 taxi from Eiffel Tower etc. The breakfast was excellent including a crepe stand. This hotel has 2 lifts and good WiFi. There are three Aisan restaurants around the corner, 2 Pizza restaurants and a French style restaurant nearby.

A good base for a visit to Paris, this hotel has quiet (when windows closed ); well insulated rooms with good blackout curtains ; . firm mattresses, five good pillows a huge TV with a large choice of French speaking channels ; a fridge ; a safe ; hairdryer ; desk with mirror ; robe and slippers: we had a privilege room which also included coffee making facilities. Housekeeping was good and receptionists friendly and helpful. The area in which the hotel is located is quiet and unassuming although it is close to the pereferique. There are tree-lined avenues several restaurants nearby; an artisan chocolate shop ;Hairdresser ; a few bakeries ; posh shoe shop and several large car sales outlets. The area would appear to be safe to walk around during the day or at night . The nearest Metro station on line 4 is a brisk 10 minute walk away. It takes you to all the highlights with a connection to Route 1 for the arch de triomphe other central attractions.

This a city centre chain hotel. The difference was the receptionist. We had booked for 2 nights and pre paid on a non-cancellation deal. Our plans changed and were only to stay one night. When I told the receptionist this she pointed out we had paid for 2 nights which could not be changed but we had not pre-paid for breakfast and gave us the option to have a free breakfast. Now, that is the sort of little thing which elevates someone from being a functionary in a chain hotel into someone who guests appreciate. Take a look at my review of the Hotel Paris in Limoges and you will note the other end of the scale. The hotel is in the city centre.

Not a 4 star hotel. Rooms look tired. Pleased it was a 2 night stay only. Great for accessing the metro. Help desk useful. Breakfasts I recommend. Hints * ask for further assistance help desk re changing rooms * ask for help with wifi I moved to another hotel so I could enjoy my time in Paris
