Dear M. Falcão Martins, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to learn that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of a comfortable environment for our guests, especially in hot weather. As mentioned by our colleague at reception, in order to reduce our ecological impact, the air conditioning is turned on in summer or during a long period of heat (especially because the difference between indoors and outdoors will not be felt if the air conditioning is on when it is less than 20 degrees). Indeed, the weather was hot during one day and under 15 degrees during all the week after that. Measures have been taken to ensure that this inconvenience does not occur again. To reduce the heat in our rooms and maintain freshness, we ask our housekeepers to close the curtains during the afternoon. We also offer rooms overlooking the courtyard, which are not affected by the heat. We renew our apologies for this inconvenience. We remain available if you wish to call us, Kind regards Stephanie
