es wäre von Ihrer Hoteldirektion korrekt gewesen, wenn Sie uns vorab über die Sanierungsarbeiten in Ihrem Hause informiert hätten. Die Handwerker waren zwar bemüht, den Ablauf des Hotelbetriebes nicht zu beeinträchtigen, aber die Geräusche von Bohrern (z. B.) lassen sich nun mal nicht vermeiden. Der Preis von über 250€ für die Nacht ist daher nicht gerechtfertigt.

While our teams and contractors strive to minimize any disturbance and maintain normal hotel operations, we recognize that noise from drilling and construction cannot be completely avoided. This clearly impacted your comfort, and for that we are truly sorry. I also regret that other aspects of your experience, including cleanliness, breakfast selection, and overall value for money, did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with the relevant department heads so we can take corrective actions and improve both communication and service quality. Oerfekt für einen 3 Tage Trip Paris oder auch länger. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit Wasserkocher, löslichen Kaffe, Tee und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Modernes sauberes Bad und bequemen, nicht zu weichem Bett. Wir hatten sogar einen wintigen Balkon mit Platz fpr einen Stuhl. Unsere Kategorie war Standard Doppelzimmer. Das Frühstück ist grißartig. Es gibt sogar frisches Rührei und Volkornbrot. Auch till ust, dass man den ganzen Tag Wasser nachfüllen, Tee und Kaffe kostenlos holen kann Das personal ist freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und kann einem bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Die Lage ist perfekt um die großen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Ein Bus, 2 Minuten vom Hotel, unter anderem zum Louvre und nach Montmartre. Eine Metrostation direkt z.B. zu Notre Dane und den Bahnhof Gare de l East. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub

Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Mercure übernachtet und es wieder als ideal empfunden. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist klein jedoch verfügt über alles wünschenswerte. Die Lage kann kaum überboten werden. Mitten im lebendigen Montparnasse Quartier und nur wenige Gehminuten zur Metro. Ich kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann alles sehr bequem mit der Metro oder zu Fuß erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Möglichkeiten zu essen. Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber das ist für Paris ja sehr üblich. Viel wichtiger ist, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sind.

Hotel kann wirklich empfohlen werden. Keine eigene Tiefgarage, dafür aber in 100 Metern entfernt eine Indigo Tiefgarage: Tagesmiete ca. 39 €. Sehr üppiges Frühstücksbüffet. Gemütliche Hotellobby, mit Sesseln und Tischen zum Lesen oder auch Laptop-Arbeit. Tagsüber gratis Kaffee am Automaten. Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig, aber französisch klein, Bad perfekt, Tür zur Dusche für Beleibte recht eng. Gepäckstücke können am Abreisetag zur Verwahrung an der Rezeption aufbewahrt werden. Sehr freundliches Personal!
