We were planning to stay one day in Sofitel but after one night and having breakfast next morning we decided to stay one more time. Thanks to everyone and especially reception staff. The hotel itself close to downtown and all attractions. With respect, Dr. Aleksey P.

Great central location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean, spacious room with freebies like slippers and shoe bags. Friendly, helpful staff.

Overall a very nice stay. Met my expectations in regards to comfort and cost. I was a bit disappointed with the dust in the room. I noticed it on the phone and nightstand. The closet was my biggest concern. I had a black shirt fall in the closet and the amount of dust was disturbing.

New Year's Eve Flop

From the inept and short staffed valet personnel, ineffective concierge, long check-in times to the the MIA general manager, this hotel was not worth the headache. Besides the backup valet parking line, which incidentally cause a major traffic jam, the only bright light was their restaurant, Liberte.
