We recently visited hotel Grand Mercure with a group of 6 friends. this hotel suggested by our close friends, he spoke very high about the hospitality , food and services and what we found is much more than that. The Moment we entered we were welcomed by entire reception staff Poorvi . She made our check in very comfortable. Khushal took care of us placing our luggage in room without any errors. Night manager Anish suggested us good places for dine.

I havw recently stay in grand mercure vadodara and the stay was amaizing speciallt hemal and prem are so helpful form the reception
