This hotel was definitely above my expectations! To start the staff was amazing and very prompt to any request we had. Dhruba & Ankit were fantastic at the front desk. Dhruba was able to accommodate my request for rooms next to each other as well as on a smoking floor. He has a very soft tone to his voice and is very well mannered! Perfect for the front desk! Ankit while still learning was able to really make his presence know by proactively collecting our luggage, greeting us at the door with a smile and being available for anything that was needed. We had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast! If you have the ability you should join them for breakfast! Talk about a 5 star experience! Everything I ate was delicious and they have a live counter to order anything that you want! We also had the pleasure to dine at the 1800 restaurant and that where we met my favorite staff member of all Khushi. She knew how to make the guests comfortable, have great conversation while never missing the opportunity to ensure that our drinks and plates were always full and remain professional and entirely welcoming. I feel that Khushi really carried the reputation of the hotel and restraunt with her amazing personality unmatched confidence and flawless charm! Novotel you really have a Jem with this employee! Overall this experience was delightful and we will be back!

We had a lovely experience staying here. Some things could have been better like the veg food options. They should include panner items for the vegetarians. Big thanks and appreciation for Mr. Dhruba. Such a warm and nice person. He will surely make your day with his sweet & witty nature.

We had stayed for two nights on the 11 th and 12 th Jan 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Check in was a breeze. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. The restaurant serves a wide variety of dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and would like to mention that Ms Pallavi of food and beverage department was extremely helpful . If you are lucky to meet her, she could help you what to choose from the menu . Drop in for the weekend. Its a wonderful experience.
