اقامه سيئه جدا نظرا لعده أسباب أهمها عدم كفاءة فريق العمل على التعامل مع النزلاء وايضاً عدم نظافه الغرف حيث ان الغرف تحتوى على اثاث غير صالح للاستعمال الأدمى حيث انه تم تسكينى بغرفتين سيءين جدا بهما فرش بالى و قديم و عند اعتراضى تم نقلى إلى غرفتين اخريين و اضطررت فى آخر الأمر إلى عمل شيك أوت قبل الميعاد و لم انتظر حتى الصباح .

I come a lot at this hotel. One of my favorite. Very good place stay. Nice food, nice team. Special thanks to Bedo the DJ and Ahmed Saber the lifeguard.

The staff were very good—polite, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. The animation team deserves special mention for their excellent hospitality; they were very playful, engaging, and great with kids, which made the experience more enjoyable for families. The rooms were good and comfortable; however, they could benefit from more innovation and modern touches. It appears that some rooms have been renovated, while others still need upgrading. The food quality was good overall but not excellent compared to the usual Mövenpick standard. Breakfast was very good with a good variety, while dinner was acceptable and could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with strong service and a family-friendly atmosphere, but there is room for enhancement, particularly in room updates and food innovation.
