My Go-To Hotel for Tilbury Cruises

I always choose to stay at Ibis Thurrock M25 whenever I’m going on a cruise from Tilbury Dock, as it’s incredibly convenient. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. If you need to leave your vehicle during your stay, the hotel charges £5 per night, which is very reasonable. The hotel is also pet-friendly, charging £20 per night for pets, which works well if you’re staying just a few nights. Breakfast offers plenty of choices, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10, it’s reliable, convenient, and comfortable, making it my go-to choice whenever I’m traveling from Tilbury.

We had a wonderful stay here with the whole family for a few days. The experience was lovely from start to finish. A huge thank you to the staff, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again

A great experience, clean premises and highly qualified staff. Special mention goes to the maintenance Izaz, who quickly resolved an issue with the air conditioning in the room, something that’s not at all a given in hotels.

The hotel was great for our short trip, nicely decorated and cosy, the room was clean and had everything we needed. I will also give compliments to all Ibis staff, they were all lovely with huge smiles on their faces, we will definitely be back
