We sincerely regret to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that your comments regarding service consistency, bar service at the main pool, breakfast delays at Souq Oven, turndown service, and the absence of an allocated island host have been noted with great concern. These points will be reviewed internally with the respective teams to ensure necessary improvements are made and service standards are consistently upheld. At the same time, we are pleased to know that you enjoyed the quality of the food and that the private dining experience stood out positively. Your kind words will be shared with the team accordingly. Regarding airport transfers, we understand your frustration caused by the domestic flight delay. While domestic transfers are subject to operational factors beyond the resort’s direct control, we do appreciate your feedback and acknowledge your preference for seaplane or speedboat transfers for future visits. With respect to the ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership, we would like to clarify that as per the ALL Membership Terms & Conditions, reservations made through third-party partners, including tour operators and travel agencies, are not eligible to earn or redeem ALL reward points. Additionally, incidental expenses incurred during such stays also remain ineligible. We fully understand that this can be disappointing, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused.
