Be very careful- I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights with free cancellation up to the day of the booking at $766 each room with no b’fast. I became quite ill and needed to cancel 1 room for 1 night the day before, they did not honour the contract. Don’t stay here!

Peppers Craigieburn is a lovely spot. The staff were very friendly & provided great service. The Breakfast was more than one could ask for HOWEVER out stay was not what we expected or to the standard one would expect when paying over $380.00 per night. We were surprised & shocked at the quality of the room. 1. Leaking / Dripping tap in bathroom all night. 2. Shower was very weak. It also went hot & cold on numerouse occasions. (I assumed other guests were showering at the same time causing our shower water to either burn us or unwantingly "refresh us". 3. Poorly insualted walls - could hear guests in next room snoring & coffing all night. (as well as other night time couple sexual activities) 3. Room was dark, dusty & dirty under table, chair, bedside tables & behind TV. 4. The Fridge, Tea / Coffee making amenities were located in the clothes closet, with no light & very hard to access. 5. Walking through the narrow corridors to our room, we were confronted with a strong sewerage small that lingered throughout our entire stay. It is very unlikely we will be returning here to stay.

Over priced balcony room was not as described.

Balcony room was nothing like photo or description. We were expecting French doors looking out over the gardens but we had one door that opened onto a shared balcony. When looking out from our room, we just saw the long shared balcony and no view. Tiny bathroom has no extraction fan. Cheap 1 ply toilet paper and lighting was very poor. Breakfast was adequate but very average. The whole place lacks character.

An elegant manor style accommodation with lovely gardens and public rooms to explore. Rooms are clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant has great food. A little way out of town. A golf course and tennis courts available. Wonderful fireplaces in the public rooms for colder days.

Peppers Craigieburn never disappoints, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and lovely linen. Fabulous buffet breakfast and a delicious dinner. We were treated to a dessert tasting plate because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, such a lovely touch, thank you. We look forward to our next stay.
