Really great stay for families

Would give this place 4.5 if I could. Had a really enjoyable week here with our 3.8yo and 1.5 yo. Have been to Lara barut before so it’s natural for me to compare Facilities - 5/5. Kids club the best I’ve seen. Had it all. Baby room (and sleeping room). Big cinema room. Splash pad and slides, big outdoor area, train ride, wide variety of activities and more. Spent most of our time here. Once you dig, pool offering is very varied. Big main pool + kids + indoor and outdoor at spa and quiet hidden gem outside legendary suites. Arcade also a lot of fun Beach 2/5. Narrow expanse of brown sand with plenty of pebbles. Ended up spending very little time here. Lara beach much better Room - 5/5. Modern, clean, spacious. We had family deluxe room which was very well set up Catering - 4/5. Buffet was as expected for this level albeit lots of lukewarm . Food court was helpful for flexibility. A la Carte restaurants were fine but none of them standout and service was forgetful and inattentive in all but the Asian. Limit of 1 visit each felt restrictive. (Compared to Lara barut which had more variety and unrestricted). Patisserie also a great spot Staff and hospitality - 5/5. Nothing a problem. We did complain about noise at night from bar/ show etc and were offered, without hesitation, a higher room facing in other direction. WhatsApp assistant very responsive and nearly always had the answer. Did a few adult activities - boccia, fishing, etc and team was always engaged and engaging. 6h late check out for €120 in same room (€30 per hour with first 2 free) was v helpful Oh and land of legends access - we got the 1000 shuttle and took a 25€ taxi back at 1300 as there was no return shuttle until 1600. Cheekily all LoL residents can come to Rixos Belek and use everything AI but the reverse is not possible

Arrived at the Rixos in Belek to amazement! The reception and staff service was second to none. Elena & Arda were our hosts and could not do enough. We have been to dozens of hotels over the years but I have to rate this the best for quality of food, drink, rooms service and entertainment. I will stop here as I could go on all day about how good it was . Judge for yourselves!! You will not be disappointed.

Where do I start. Second time we've been here now after visiting in 2023. This time we arrived as a group of about 30 and we're all already planning a trip for 2025. Firstly, I have to give a shout out to our WhatsApp reps Elena and Arda . They were so amazing there's not really words for how much they helped us. We have an autistic 2 year old and they always went the extra mile to help her have the best stay. From getting the chef to cook specific menu options to having the show entertainment music turned down a little. They did all they could to help. Pros - amazing drinks and cocktails. Lots of proper brands. Grey goose vodka in the espresso martinis, I mean c'mon. Irish bar has loads of top quality whiskey - amazing food - Al le Carte restaurants are all delicious especially the Asian. The signature cocktails in the restaurants are delicious as well. - fantastic coffee from two on-site star bucks - main pools are huge - kids area and facilities is the best I've ever used in a hotel. So many things for kids (and childish adults) to do. - Godiva cafe is insane. Amazing all inclusive patisserie that also does great hot and cold drinks, including amazing milk shakes. - rooms are modern, large with comfy beds and a well stocked all inclusive minibar. - land of legends entry and travel included can not be underestimated. There are lots of hotels with mini water parks onsite but the fact you can take a free 15 min bus to one of the largest theme parks and water parks in Europe and get in for free as many times as you like is amazing value for money. - evening entertainment is brilliant. Kids entertainment is good, then the main entertainment is always top notch with external acts coming in. After that at 10.30 there's late evening entertainment in the beach bar till late which is always top quality. Dj shows, big bands. So much fun. - beach bar is a vibe. Really cool aesthetic with chilled out acts every day - Daily activity schedule is packed. From darts, football, yoga, volley ball etc. - included spa facilities are fantastic Areas to improve - Shower water pressure could be better - entertainment in the evening is very loud. As I mentioned my autistic daughter struggled. Honestly most of the adults I was with struggled. This included the child entertainment. I mentioned it to the WhatsApp reps and they did help get it to a more appropriate level but the volume was a bit silly before hand. - bar service around the pool and in the buffet was better last year. Last year shortly after you sat down a member of staff was asking if you wanted a drink providing nibbles. This year was much slower, and often didn't turn up at all. We often needed to grab the staffs attention which I know some people don't like (like my wife) but it doesn't bother me. I liked going to the beach bar. A small tip helps. £5 will make staff much more attentive. - last year mini bar included Toblerone bars. This year they did not. Its a tiny thing but was such a nice surprise and is a shame they stopped. Overall an amazing hotel. Best I've ever been to by far. I cant imagine there's a better value for money hotel in Europe. Do yourself and favour and book the place. You won't regret it.

Food service and hotel all amazing, Greta activities for children and adults. The kid zone is great with everything from child’s pools to park and soft play . Heated pools for the adults or normal, live music / entertainment throughout the day at the beach bar and even better entertainment/ acts at night for children 8:30-9:30 the. Adults 9:30-10:30 on the main stage area . Food is amazing in all the al la carte restraints as well as the normal buffet areas. Visited the land of legends for another day out, with the entry price all included in the hotel stay at Rixos which was another bonus .
